HOW TO JOIN THE FORUM

Note from the Admin: This forum was super active for many years and then has died off some over the past couple years due to complacency on my end and the advent of the Facebook groups (I am a member of those as well). But many people are tired of the non-private nature of Facebook and are tired of being "turned in" for their posts. I have recommitted myself to continue to grow this forum, so please take the time to read but most importantly, POST! Generate discussion and be a participating member! The forum is only as good as it's active members. I will do a better job promoting the forum and sourcing material. Feel free to pass the forum link around to your other agent friends. STEPS FOR JOINING THE FORUM - PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS IT WILL ANSWER ALMOST ALL YOUR QUESTIONS

1. REGISTER

> Click the word "Register" above (the actual word "register" in the blue panel below the forum title) and follow the instructions
> This will put you in a holding queue that you will stay in until I verify that you are an agent. You can proceed to all the following steps though.
> Once you are verified as an agent, you will receive an automated message reminding you of the rest of the process listed below. If you don't received an automated message, please send me an email @sfagentgeoffdarst@gmail.com

2. SEND ME AN EMAIL REQUESTING TO JOIN

> Send me a request to join at: sfagentgeoffdarst@gmail.com
> Include your SF alias
> Include your forum username you selected when you registered

3. PAY FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO GAIN FULL ACCESS TO THE SF AGENTS FORUM. THIS FORUM REQUIRES A PAID SUBSCRIPTION IN ORDER TO OFFSET THE SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, INSTALLATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF RUNNING THIS FORUM. THE ANNUAL COST IS ONLY $11. There also is a discount for a two or three year subscription. You can pay via Paypay, Venmo or check.

To pay via Paypal:

> Log back into www.sfagentsforum.com with your username & password
> Click "User CP" on the main forum page (in the blue panel below the forum title)
> Click "Paid Subscriptions" under the Miscellaneous tab at the bottom
> Select "US$11.00" from the drop-down box and click "Order"
> Click "Order Using Paypal"

PAYPAL NOW REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SEND MONEY VIA A CREDIT CARD. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, THEN PLEASE JUST MAIL A CHECK TO THE ADDRESS AT THE BOTTOM.

> If you have a Paypal account, you can pay with that
> If you DO NOT have a Paypal account, please set one up in order to pay via credit card.
> Enter credit card information
> Click "Review Order and Continue"
> Review your payment and click "Pay Now"

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INSTANT EMAIL RECEIPT ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY GO IN AND ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT. IT IS NOT PROCESSED INSTANTANEOUSLY. AGAIN, PLEASE BE PATIENT

To pay via Venmo:

> The last four digits of my mobile number if asked are 0525
> You MUST include your alias AND selected username in the note section of Venmo. I have to be able to match your payment to your account, even if you are anonymous.
